What happens if I don’t use all my hours?
Each plan is billed monthly and hours do not roll over — this helps me keep availability open and fair for all clients. However, I’m always open to discussing one-time adjustments if something unexpected comes up!
Can I upgrade or change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time if you need more support. If you ever need to scale down, just let me know at least 10 days before your next billing cycle.
What if I go over my monthly hours?
No stress! Additional hours beyond your plan are billed at $40/hour and will be added to your monthly invoice.
Is there a contract?
Yes — all plans include a simple service agreement outlining responsibilities, scope of work, and payment terms. I typically work on a 3 month basis with a month cancellation notice.
